That "second picture" is just part of my signature block, a rotating Björk beacon which is stored at Virtue.nu Hosting — a web site which is reliable about 50 percent of the time.

Good one! My cat Little Red hides on the shelf in the bathroom on the towels.....she has a habit of popping out in the middle of the night, you know when you don't turn the light on!

Ah, yes: southern hospitality — and at Christmas no less! Well, it's good there's peace now. Here's another visit from Dubby, who lives with Althea in Texas.

Cool pic Joe...who's doin' the art work???

The young human in that picture is Veronica Jade Gilbert. She composes and performs music (vocals and 12-string guitar) and writes the occasional scholarly paper (the last one being about the Olmec culture). Or maybe her cat does it!

=^..^=

Here's "V" (no relation to Veronica) and her feline friend.

Honestly, they're both beautiful girls, they can be sisters! Love the CATS!!!!

Ummm...what's Olmec Culture?????

Read Veronica's paper, titled The Olmec Culture. No, those two gals aren't sisters! Oh, here's Nova being held captive by her cat.

Joe, I read that website thourougly and I'm very impressed!!! I wonder how she got into that. Do you know? What an interesting culture and it kinda tickled me that they mentioned ballplayers! hahaha We have some really great Mexican baseball players.

The sculptures were awesome, very much like the Mayan, but I guess these people are supposed to have existed before them. Very interesting. Wow, I'll try to read up on that a little more. Thanks for the link!

Cat

theheheheh, what a great picture. Bagpuss has a tendency in the middle of the night if I go to the kitchen to get a drink, of jumping out at me and grabbing hold of my legs, it scares me rotten if I keep all the lights off...I think she gets her kicks thought because she knows it wakes me up for real and then she is in for a good cuddle and back scratch after that very cunning!!

Yes, it is very cunning what cats do when they've a mind to play with humans! We are merely here for their enjoyment.

That Olmec paper impressed me, too! Well, Veronica is one of those brainiac types who can seemingly do anything. It's not fair!

:tounge2:

I've never kept a huge cat. Not one as huge as Nova's, at any rate! Guido, may he rest in peace, could put on weight; but not that much weight. Yikes!

=^..^=

P.S.: Here's another picture of V's kitty, hard at work.
