Howdy,

I looked for specificly labeled non-clumping safe for kittens litter but couldnt find any.

I ended up getting Catsan hygiene litter. It looks like like moon rocks.

Are these safe to use please?

Thanks,

Simon.

Hi Simon....I don't know much about that brand of litter...what I used for my foster kittens was very similiar to this:

I didnt think you could use the wood one because of what happens to it when it gets wet?

I have plenty of that stuff about the flat.

What I really like and what we used at the shelter is Rabbit Pellets. The rabbit food it is very absorbent is natural (grass & hay) smells good and is about $7 or $8 a 50 pound sack at any feed store and it is flushable and clumps. I think it is great. It is also what I use at home.

Never heard of this. I must really live in the boonies
But the next time I have foster kittens I am going to try this out. Glad I read this.

Well its not up here in Canada as I've seen all the brands that pet stores up here have in Ontario but I usually buy scented cat litter but it has to be clumping.

No clumping litter for kittens just learning to go. They like to put stuff in their mouths, and you could imagine what that stuff could do to a baby!
