looking for info

My cat had kittens about 8 weeks ago, and I have 3 unique colored kittens. They are a chocolate color. (the rest black) I, nor anyone else who have seen these kittens can recall ever seeing kittens that color. Any info on this color would be appreciated.

What color is your female? Has she had kittens before? What color is the sire? The color you describe is called chocolate and comes from the Siamese gene. Doesn't make the cat a Siamese - just comes from ancestry. Inquiring minds want to know! LOL

Havana Brown's are a beautiful chocolate brown color
