Jack Daniels is missing!!! I went out for my walk and just came back and I cant' find him anywhere!!! I've checked all of his usual hiding places and possibly new ones but still no cat!! I'm freaking out because if he had gotten out he doesn't have a collar on!! OMG if he got out I hope he comes home soon!! What if a coyote gets him?! What if he fell in the lake?! What if he got hit by a car!! Oh my I'm so scared!!!!

I'm sending SUPER STRONG vibes for him to be ok and to come home soon (or come out of a really clever new hiding place that only a cat would be smart enough to find). I know how terrified I would be if my kitty got out and I didn't know where she was. Lots of prayers and vibes for you and Jack Daniels.

Incase you're wondering I'm not out there looking for him because I've already gone around the house calling for him and looking and no luck.

Does he come when you open his food? If he only eats dry, have you tried shaking the food container or making whatever type of noise it is that you usually make when feeding him?

For some reason he usually doesn't spaz out and come running whenever I'm filling up his food bowl. He used to but not anymore.
I've tried jingling a toy too but no luck..

Sending come home/show up vibes to Jack.

One time I didn't see Winnie all morning so I looked all over the house and there's no Winnie and I start panicking!
About an hour later my sister has the bright idea that well we checked everywhere but under the freezer and that's where she was!
Maybe Jack found a nice hidey hole and is taking a nap there.
One time one of our now RB kitties Lucy was inside the sofa when we finally found her, it was a sofa bed and she somehow wound up inside of it after it was put back into a sofa from a bed.

Check places even if you think he won't be there, he may just be.

I'm so glad you found him!! We lost Tailer like that once...he had gotten into the attic and we couldn't find him for hours. Finally we heard him meowing up there. It's so scary, but I'm happy he's OK. (We had to give Tailer a bath to get all the dirt and cobwebs off...but I think he thought his explorations were worth it.)

Oh naughty thing! I'm so glad he's back it's the most horrible feeling.

I would get him microchipped if you can - we're going to do that, especially since the time Sashka did that - I was frantic. We had all these `Missing' posters made and were ready to go and distribute when I thought I'd look around once more. I went to open a cupboard door and Mum said, `She won't be in there, I haven't opened it all day' - so I opened it, and there she was! Then Mum remembered she'd opened it for about a nanosecond to hang a pair of pants up. Man she was a quick kitten. It is utterly terrifying when they do that. I went and got her a new collar and tag that day!! (Nothing wrong with the old one, mind you, just paranoid...lol)

Out spider hunting, huh? It is a perfectly TERRIBLE feeling when you can't find your four-legged baby.
I'm glad he's safe and sound!

I'm so glad you found him! Everytime I cant find my Jack, I freak out the same way! One night I walked all over the neighborhood for hours in my nightclothes crying my eyes out, when I got home, there he was inside the house! He'd been sleeping somewhere and choose to ignore my desparate calls!
