My Kitten still has fleas!!

Did you get the Frontline from your vet?
you might need to treat your house too.

I asked because there are some imitations of medications sold via the Internet. But if it was from the vet it should be OK. I guess also that the house is infested and what you are seeing are fleas as they jump on the cat. For every flea on a cat at any time there are more than ten in the house. The Frontline will kill any on the cat, but as said, you should probably treat the house too. Ask the vet for a suitable product or maybe some people here can suggest something.
My mom's cat had a bad flea infeststion when she first got him. The vet prescribed Advantage (made by Bayer, not Hartz) and tablets called Capstar. The fleas started falling off dead within 30 minutes. After that there were no more fleas and my mom didn't have to have her house treated. I think that Advantage is a better brand than Frontline. If I were you I would find a vet who will prescribe both Capstar and Advantage.
I use advantage on my cat and it has worked great. You might have to spray your house though as if your kitten still has them the fleas might be in the carpets and furniture. Ask your vet as its the best thing to do.

My vet sold me a spray for the house called "No Kill", it was expensive but once sprayed it lasts for 12 months
as your from the uk ask your vet first as they presecribe whatever the fleas have least resistance too.
in my area frontline is reccomended as it works better.
