Okay so my headaches were gone for like 2 days and now they're back. Right now my neck is throbbing and pain is shooting in my head and wow eventually it's going to explode!!!

I am so, so sorry for you!! You might try standing in a very hot shower, which is good for both sinus headache & stress headache, as well as neck stiffness. Have you seen the doctor yet? or checked out any headache quizzes? Does ibuprofen help?
You should see your family physician as soon as possible.
Yes, please, see a Doctor and/or have your eye prescription checked and updated if need be.
