How much flax seed oil a day?

I finally found my cat some flax seed oil. How much should I give her a day? It's from Natural Foods and is organic and has only the one ingredient. Thanks!

Does your vet know you are using this product? Even though it is unconventional medicine you should run it by your vet first. You want to use it sparingly and if you are using the seeds you need to grind those up first. The oil is usually 1/4 tsp a day.
