Anyone here ever done animal communication or seen it done? It sounds fascinating and I'm going to a seminar on it tonight. Just wondering what everyone thinks about it.

I was in a yahoo group with a bunch who thought they could communicate with animals and have used a couple but actually I think they were all phony. They MAY have THOUGHT they could talk with the animals but what they told me my babies said simply could not have been true.

There WAS one lady who did it for me as a favor and she COULD have been real as what she said seemed to be true.

I just wish I could find someone who WAS REAL as I sure would love to talke with my babies!

I won on eBay one time an hour session with a "Animal Communicator". She didn't tell me anything she couldn't have derived from the information I had given her.

Yes, I've been an observer several times and had my own cat communicated with.

It's hard to describe. Not psychic, really. More like perceptiveness of the animal's body language, the animal's moods and personality, the dynamics between animal and person, etc. It depends on the animal communicator, of course. Some of them are just very tuned in to subtle things and are good at recognizing them. Others are a bunch of hooey.

A couple of examples: The animal communicator said she felt a huge void around my cat and that she was lonely. At the time, I'd had my cat for only three months; prior to that, she was in a shelter for two years after being surrendered by her owner. So yeah, I'd say she was lonely- and at the time, I'd only had her for three months. The animal communicator did not know any of this ahead of time.

She also said that when an animal makes a contract to find someone, they often look for someone who is like them. She said my cat and I have matching personalities, that we're both very strong and adaptable. Not sure if that describes me very well, but I definitely saw that in my cat almost the minute I brought her home.

One of the funniest things I learned was that my cat didn't like her collar. It was red with hand-painted mice and I thought it was cute. But after my cat communicated that she didn't like it, I realized that it was kind of kittenish looking and that she is just too dignified and proud to enjoy wearing something decorated with cute little mousies.

You have to take it with a very large grain of salt. I found it to be very interesting, and most of her perceptions were right on. I think you'll probably enjoy the session. Can you post tomorrow and let us know how it goes?

I actually have the name and phone number of someone on my fridge. I thought probably people use them as some reassurance when they are ready to go to The Bridge. The friend who gave me the number gave a couple of interesting stories. I won't give all the details, but she had a dog that never begged and one of the nights she phoned her, her dog had been at her feet whining because he wanted some of her peanutbutter toast. She called her at some point or visa versa and the Communicator said it was the strangest thing but she kept smelling peanut butter. That is pretty bizarre in my book. She referred another person to her because they dog was not feeling well. She was able to tell her what it and they asked the vet to test for it and she was correct .
