At the clinic where I work (in PA) we always have the buy three tubes get one free offer. We do have to fill out a little coupon in order to get reimbursed from the company for the free tube we give our clients. The single tubes sell for around $20 at our clinic, but you can get the 3 pack for around $46 (plus one free) so it works out to less than $12 a tube. I always think people are crazy when they come in just to buy one tube at a time.
