I liked this one : People say "Bless you" when you sneeze because when you sneeze, your heart stops for a mili-second....I've also heard that the origin of saying Bless you was that long ago people thought that when you sneezed you opened yourself up to bad spirits and that they were able to enter your body in the fraction of time you spent sneezing. The Bless You was intended to sort of 'cover you' so the spirit couldn't get in.

Hmmmm interesting!! Actually I heard the same kind of thign about when you "toast" - you know, all clink glasses and say "cheers", apparently people used to think that evil spirits could enter you through your open mouth when you went to take a drink, so the clinking of glasses was meant to scare them away!!
Oh and I got this sent to me in an email, so I don't know where it came from!! Sorry!

hahahahaha I did try and lick my elbow......how funny

I also tried the tongue twister but gave up trying it after 2 attempts
