im having a little trouble

this is my second day here at the cat site and ive got 14 replys.first id like to say thanks to all who welcomed me and i need a little help...when people say like hello when u first get here i like to say thnx but i dont no how.all i do is anwer to myself is that rite or do i do something else???

Are you talking about someone sending you a Private Message (PM)???

To send a PM, click on the name in the left top corner of someone's post. It is bright pink and underlined. When you click, it will show you a list of options, and click on "Send ______ A Private Message."

If someone has sent you a PM, and you'd like to reply back, at the bottom right hand side of the PM, there is a "U-turn" looking arrow. That is the Quote and Reply button. Click it, and enter your message. Hope that helps!

If you click on 'Post Reply' at the upper or lower left of the thread, you will begin a new reply. I get the feeling you are trying to 'quote' yourself in the initial post. Also, as a heads up, we tend to type in full words here, not internet shorthand like, 'r u' for 'are you'.
