Question about Zoom Groom

I was telling my sister-in-law about this and was wondering if anybody has tried this on a dog? They have a yellow lab and I was wondering if it might work well for her.

I did learn the other day that I need to CLEAN the ZG off while I'm using it...ended up with a lap very full of cat hair, LOL.

There's a Zoom Groom made for dogs -- I believe it's red -- someone who has both tells me they're about the same as the cat ZG.

The doggie Zoom Groom works very well! The dog version is a little bit bigger. It works great- I just can't say enough about it.

I use the cat one on two cats and a dog ... okay my dog is a Yorkie ,,, they all love it wish I had bought one years ago

Ditto - we use the doggie version on our Lab mix dogs. Works great, and they love it. The dog & cat versions are just about the same (except for size, and the cat version is shaped like a cat ), but the rubber bristles on the dog version seem a tiny bit stiffer to me than the cat brush's bristles, though it might be my imagination. I'm sure the cat version would work fine for the dogs, I just have separate brushes because the dogs get really dirty, so I have to wash their brush more often than the cats' brush.
