Dental fresh for cats

It's added to your cat's drinking water and is supposed to eliminate bad breath, remove tartar buildup and improve gum health. Has anyone tried this
or heard anything about how well it does or doesn't work?

I have tried those types in the past , cats didnt drink ymmv
