I Need Help! Please!

People I Have 3 Kittens And The Mother Won't Feed Them And I Have Limited Resources And I Have No Clue! Please Help Me! I Can't Get To The Store Either

Firstly, how old are your kittens? Secondly, is the mother showing any other signs of neglect or abuse - is she hurting them in any way? Thirdly, how long has this been going on for?

Is this an abandoned cat you found as a stray and have taken in? Or your cat that got pregnant and now you have a litter to care for? Were there other kittens in the litter or just the three? And what do you mean by limited resources?

We really need some more information and then there are plenty of people here who can give you some advice.

Could you give your vet and local shelters a call and ask if they have any foster mothers?

cat r only a few hours! the mother has been here since she wa young,she has tried biting off there legs,there might b another on the way but she killed one by biting it,she tries to eat them,she neclets them, we don't know a vet and its too late in the night! we can't get to ne where no bottels of eye droppers or siringes! we got baby bottels and baby formula! ne more info?

the mother won't let them have milk so can i use baby formula in a baby bottle or omething cause i can't get out to get ne thing

First of all, calm down. I know it is an emergency and I know you are breathing hard right now, but try to get a grip.

OK, if Momma is killing the babies, then she is either too young to know instinctively what to do or else there is something wrong with the babies - do not give baby cats human baby formula. I realize it is late, but I did find a 24 hour number for an emergency vet for you in Louisville:

No. Human baby formula is not good for kittens. I left you two telephone numbers for emergency clinics there in your area. Call them and get their assessment.

You need a vets advice. Especially if the mother is killing the babies.

Please take Gaye's advice and call these numbers as soon as you can - and she is right, too, about you needing to calm down. You will not be able to think clearly, panicking the way you are. Sam is also right in saying that we are NOT vets and that this matter is too urgent for you to be trying to handle without veterinary assistance. Please keep us posted but do not spend time on this site that you could be spending tending to this situation. Best of luck and hopefully everything will turn out all right.

Also....it would be a good idea to talk to the vet about getting the mom spayed.
