Our 11 year old out-door cat cannot be moved with us when we leave San Diego (soon). She's fixed, a beautiful and loyal/loving cat. Has some RAGDOLL traits. I can bring her to you in the greater San Diego area.

San Diego CA kitty needs new home

Robbi....I don't understand why you cannot move your cat with you. Placing an older cat...especially one that has been outdoors, is going to be a difficult order. Is there anyone in your family who can take this cat?? Or someone you work with?? Unfortunately the majority of older cats do not make it out of shelters and with it being kitten season, a lot of people are looking for kittens.
