Mornin'! *docs cap*

Where are you in the UK? I'm actually quite pleased that it's not raining in Manchester....but maybe I speak too soon!

What are you up to today?!

Is the rain that bad there?! It is so unusual for London to have the rain instead of Manchester!

Gosh i'd give to be busy doing nothing - wnat some company doing nothing!
Oh and ironing - I keep my eyes diverted when I go in my kitchen!

I'd stay in and keep dry and warm if I were you!

At the kitty's beck and call
The rain must have been moving southward. I was woken at 5 am this morning by a terrific rainstorm, the rain was just hammering down outside. It went on for about 20 minutes, I decided not to go and check if the garage was flooded as I didn't fancy paddling around up to my ankles in water at that time of the morning if it was!

The good news for you in the south is that it didn't last very long.

Gosh, you guys down south have been pretty unlucky with the weather! We actually have sun, blue skies and fluffy white coulds today!

We had rain during the night, but at least it waters the garden!
and it was only spitting yesterday while Tibby, Molly and I were out for our walk!

I see we're on the great English conversation of the weather!

I think we should start a thread just for us Brits to discuss the weather!
We ALWAYS have something to say about it!

I never thought I'd be sat here discussing the weather - what's happened to me!

I can't believe the summer we had last year.. this year is looking like it's going to go the same way
Last year I only went to the beach once and that was in the April. This year I've gone once so far and that was beginning of July

nothing to do with climate change is it.i remember when it was warm n sunny during the kids hols, now what do they do in the wet weather?? we have managed 1 day at the beach, and a couple of odd days out.i feel really sorry for those that slog their guts out all year and have their 2 weeks holiday in the rain. not nice for them is it.?

I'm actually quite relieved it's cooler as it's my kittens first summer and I didn't want them to spend all day every day cooped up inside with it being too hot!

I live about 5 minutes walk from the beach and I've been down there once this year, way too crowded!!

Shem - are you on holiday in Devon?

Well if you came to visit me in Wisconsin you would hear that we are complaining about the weather also-But its the lack of rain for us-I'll trade some of my weather for your weather-its been a hot sunny summer so far.
