Ok, first of all:
My kitten is a little piggy when it comes to dry food. She just eats and eats and eats! I see two problems however:
1) She is growing, but she's really spindly and I feel like she's still underweight, even though she's getting taller and longer. I can't like SEE her bones, but I can feel them easily. At 4 months, how much SHOULD she weigh even? We're going to the vet next week...since she's eating, playing and using her LB and is just her normal self, I'm not worried about this being an emergency, but it is kind of a concern. I just want to know what it might be so that I can get myself informed and be prepared.
2) She just stopped eating her wet food. She was never really huge on it and would only eat it once or twice a day, but now she's not eating it at all...What could this mean? Is she ok? Leo doesn't eat wet food at all either.
Also, I wanted to start feeding Evo, but it's at the absolute TOP of my budget. Is there any slightly less expensive dry food I could feed my babies that would be very nutritous? I'd like to put down about 20-25 a month on dry food, ideally. Right now, the 10lb bags of Nutro are lasting us about 6 weeks. The Nutro is all right, but I want to feed better, I think.
