Picky Eaters!!!

Hi Everyone! I am new here and am looking forward to learning about these mysterious creatures we call cats! LOL I just wanted to share with you what my cats do. I leave them with dry food all the time as they don't like wet food. They will actually pick out the crumbs from the bowl and refuse to eat them. They will only eat the whole pieces of food!!! They are sooo quirky!!!! Anyone else have this issue? So much food is wasted because of this! Of course, I give in and will throw out the pieces and refill the bowl with new food........... I'm such a sucker!

Mine are picky too, and whilst they haven't started picking out the bits yet, I fully expect them to start doing so

Do you just give them dry food any nothing else?

They won't eat wet food so I just give them their dry food......

Have you tried mixing the dry food throughout the wet? I have been doing this for Charlie (not my cat) and he has been getting really good with the wet food - it has increased steadily!

I think all cats are pretty picky! My two would lick the jelly off the wet food and suck the meat - so now I mash the meat into the jelly and it all goes down easily!
