Fish & Felines

I keep reading about the subject of raw and/or slightly cooked meat vs. dry/grain food. I am leaning towards the raw/meat diet...it seems to make more sense to me than felines eating grains.

I do occasionally feed my cats cooked meat, chicken and fish. They absolutely love it with no ill effects.

My adult cats favor the fish and I was wondering what type of fish is healthiest to feed them if at all? May sound silly, but is it healthy for them to eat scallops, shrimp, filet of sole? Very spoiled fuzzy babies here

the best is one from non polluted or the least polluted waters and that arent farmed
