Wisconsin - CHEESE!! also beer, brats, Packers and Badgers. The state motto is "Forward", but I actually had to google that, because nobody here says that. I think it's one of those political things.

Well, the motto on the tags for Alabama is "The Heart of Dixie," but apparently this is no longer PC so it's still ON there, but only about 1/2" high!
