around her incision there is a pus-filled sac. Now she is okay, moving about, bright-eyed and still very playful (as she is only three months old), but sometimes she bites at her wound like it's annoying her. There are no stitches, the cut was closed with the liquid brand kind [of stitches].. But what should I do about the pus? I'd like to call the clinic, but it's not open until tomorrow and she really doesn't seem too bothered by it. (It actually looks a lot better than it did last night..) Any suggestions?

By the way her name is Bella

Pus is caused by infection. I think you need to call the clinic that did the surgery. You probably need some antibiotics.

Good for you for having Bella spayed. Tim is right. Pus is an indication that her immune system is fighting an infection. Please, talk to her vet or take her in right away. Keep us updated about her condition.
