Just a question: every so often, our kitty has little 'twitching' fits, whereby she gets all agitated (running around) and seems to have a twitchy back muscle of sorts. She runs around, and stops to lick her back, then continues to dart around. Is there something wrong with her? We though maybe fleas, but haven't spotted any on her yet. . . anyone have any idea whats going on with kitty?

If it's just once in a while, and you've checked for fleas, I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds like pretty normal cat behavior. It's probably an itch, or the licking might just be a sign that your cat is undecided about what she's going to do next. Most cats lick a paw, but others seem to lick other body parts. It's like humans scratching their heads.
