Favorite covers?

Sparked by the "what are you listening to?" thread, I was wondering what covers y'all like. They don't necessarily have to be "better" than the original, just something you like. My choice: Jolene by Mindy Smith (originally Dolly Parton).

EDIT: Also, feel free to bag on covers you don't like.
