As some of you might know, I've been absolutely miserable at my current job... horrible hours (this week it's been 4am-1pm), lazy co-workers, etc. Well... today is my last day! In an hour and a half I will be done with my shift, must go to HR to conduct an "exit interview" and turn in my ID badge. And then that's it!!
I will admit to being partially sad... one of my sweet co-workers bought me a little teddy bear as a present, plus I think she was responsible for the card that people signed. I've never left a job and felt somewhat missed and so this is a first for me.
But on to new things! In a little over 2 weeks I start my new teaching position (in case I didn't mention, it's official: I will be teaching Pre-K) and hopefully it will be the beginning of an exciting and rewarding career.
So... who brought the cake?
