I have two persian cats. One of them exactly as he is supposed to be from the breed description, very laid back, doesn't climb, scratch anything, meow, etc.
So many people complain about their cats scratching, climbing, jumping, running. Well, persian does none of those things.
Seems like many people could have solved their problems by getting themselves a persian.
Now, obviously, some people would like cat with a bit more energy, so persians are not for everyone, but they are perfect for people who like their furniture unscratched, don't like a noisy cat-which seems to be a lot of people that post here, by the way.
As for the other cat, he unfortunately gone a bit crazy after having an unfortunate reaction to anti-flea medication.
