He has a temp of 105.2 and Vet suspects he has the Calci virus. He barely eats or drinks and is miserable. HE is in my room with 2 fans on him because of the heat, and I am worried sick! HE is just a baby of under 2 years!

OH, Heidi!! Prayers & get well vibes on the way RIGHT NOW!!! I was in Tulare/Delano till yesterday (my aunt's husband passed) and your heat index on the western side is more than a bit rough. Poor, poor Panther - summer is sure not the right time of year be feverish. Did the vet suggest any treatment? What do you do for him, besides set out extra fans? Poor baby, I feel so bad for you. You must be so worried. I've never heard of the Calci virus - is it contagious? Please keep us posted on how Panther's doing - I have to go work in my hubby's office this afternoon, but I'll check the TCS website later this evening...Get better, now, Panther!! Your meowmmy needs you!

Thank you all of you! NOW I went and gave the poor baby too much pain meds! IF he is OK in the morning (I am Praying he is!) I will give you an update.

Vet thinks he has a Calci Virus but where he picked it up I have no clue! UNLESS Benji got it on his fur and did not actually come down with it. Panther has been INDOOR only for almost 4 weeks!
