Why does my tabby cat bite off my ragdoll cat's whiskers?

What is happening here? Are your cats fighting or is one standing there letting the other cat chew off his whiskers?

Is a male cat chewing off a female's cats whiskers?

I've heard Ragdolls are relaxed, but I can't see any cat being THAT relaxed!!

Seriously, can you elaborate a little more on what's happening? Thanks....

My male Sturgis pulls out the whiskers of any cat who will hold still long enough for him to do it, so If someone knows I would be interested too.

Watching Rocket and Tommy play-fight this afternoon I noticed Rocket nipping at Tommy's whiskers. (But he didn't bite them off.) So maybe the two cats involved were just play-fighting.

Sturgis flat out rips them out (I have seen tiny blood spots on Milo's face), he will start grooming their faces then when he gets to the whiskers, out they come.
