We Lost her last night

Last night, we lost our baby Roxanne. She had been battling some form of cancer since the last week in April. She was 13 1/2.

After she had some dinner, the back end of her body was suddenly paralized. She cried, not knowing what was wrong with her. We sat with her for about an hour wanting to spend every last moment with her. She would try to walk and her back end would just drag behind her. And she would cry again not understanding what was wrong with her and lie down. We couldn't watch her like that anymore and knew we had to make the trip to the vet with her. I held her in my arms all the way there and told her how much we loved her.

We got there and they took her in the back to prepare her for the shot and they came out and said to please hurry in because she is dying right now and only has a few more minutes. And so quickly she was gone.

The hurt is so bad. We will miss her very much. And so will her sister Chloe. I would just like to stop crying for awhile.

The loss is painful and will take time for everyone to heal including Chloe. Love chloe more then you have in the past, shee needs you more then ever before. Roxanne is in a wonderful place now pain free and the sun shine is abundant!!!
