After I posted Sasha's girlfriend, Measie, looking so sad by Freddie's grave, we were very concerned for her. You see, being Freddie's sister, she's lost her entire family in under 2 years - Freddie, who was Sasha's "gift" as a kitten (RIP FeLV
), her sister Squeaky, her mama -Freddie's mama too -and Sasha's best friend.....and then she was the only one left.
Sasha and her have gotten very close this past year....But now I am so happy for Measie! Now she has a new baby sister, about 12 weeks old. We managed to snap a photo from afar, and hope to get closer. Sasha did go over there last night and was turned away by Measie. He crossed back over the street talking very loudly to himself.
We did find out the new kitten's name is Kiko!
