Need advice, no window for my cat!

Hello,

My situation is that I moved into my new apartment in June and until I can save up the $200 pet deposit, I need to keep Sophia out of the window . I've had her for 6 years now and love her very much! She is giving me hell with her unhappiness by meowing non-stop day and night! I know its because of the window, but I can't let her sit on the window just yet.

Does anyone have any advice on how to keep her happy in the interim? I appreciate any info!

When I was trying to keep Oliver out of my window for a short time, I always made sure he had something else to watch.... a screen saver, my fish or hermit crab tank or something on tv... there are a few different cat sitter dvd/videos specifically made to entertain kitties... my aunt has one of these and her kitty absolutely loves it!
