Guinness is a weird one... he's just gone out in the rain. It's pooring down yet he will quite happily sit on the shed and get soaked! Yesterday, when it had finished raining I went out to check on the slugs and Guin came running up to me and rolled over in a puddle! What a loon.

Do you think some cats like the rain? Does your cat like the rain?

It's the same thing with most water though, like his bath tub obsession
Also, when I get the garden hose out Lyn's cats all make a run for it, yet I can nearly always be sure that Guinness will be watching me and coming right up close to the earth and plants that I have just soaked! The other day he was hiding in a bush and I really didn't see him - he got a face full! I must admit he did run off then!

Perhaps you can invent a waterproof vest for cats and some little shoes as well? I am forever wiping up muddy paw prints from the floors where "someone" forgets to wipe his feet on the door mat!

Max likes water, and will happily stick his paw into his water bowl and paddle in a small amount. Alfie hates it!

My childhhod cat hated water so much that he wouldn't even set foot outside if the ground was wet. He'd take one step, shake his paw, then turn around & come back in!
