Due to an apartment manager who doesn't seem to know which way is up, I have to stay with my in-laws for a week before moving into a new apartment. I have to be out of my current apartment this weekend. I have two wonderful, sweet kitties and I feel guilty about putting them through all this stress. I can only gauge their reaction based on how they behave at the vet, becaues they've never been anywhere but my current apartment and the vets office. They obviously act nervous at the vet. I'm going to keep them only in our room at my in-laws and put some of our blankets and clothes around as well as toys so there will be some smells of home. I guess I'm just worried about how they will adapt to these two moves. I'm afraid that their behavior will significantly change towards each other or us. I hope I'm just being paranoid. Can anyone share their experiences with how their cats reacted to moving?
