New Bonding Technique

I've embarked on an exercise regime and have encountered a new phenomena. My little girls seem very interested in streching with me (actually, I am trying to strech, they sort of play and flop their bodies down next to where I am trying to go). Maybe it's curiosity as to why I am on the living room floor? Or perhaps they are attracted to the smell of sweat (they love to sniff my dirty sneakers). They aren't like this when I am in bed watching TV. This has happened several times now, just thought is was kind of interesting and wondered if anyone else has thoughts? And it's a good incentive for me...

I've noticed this, too, when I'm doing my morning stretches.

I have Pilates and yoga tapes that I do every once in awhile when my bad knee acts up and I can't run. Oliver and Emma LOVE to get down on the mat with me! Usually I have to scooch them out of the way so that there's enough room on the mat for me!

My kitties really try to get in on the game whenever they see me down on the floor stretching or whatever.
