• Do you collect something from different places you visit? For example, I collect Christmas ornaments and shotglasses. YEs i collect shot glasses or little things that have the place on it, for exaple in sicily i collected a few post cards and made two really cool picture frames out of it, then i bought a small plate with sicily on it and my mum got me this huge tea towel to frame
• Place you visited that was furthest from your home? If you call me european then the furthest is australia
• Tourist attraction closest to where you live? Most likely Frankfurt
• Do you prefer to visit places you have already been, or prefer to go someplace you have never visited? Depends on the season! but i love going to sicily every summer.. wish i could though! and i would love to go back to australia and show ben around. But right now i want to go to turkey because of the such low prices
  
• What is the location of the best vacation you have been on so far? hmm hard to choose, i would say sicily and Queensland (aussie)
• Do you prefer to travel with significant other, friends, or family? Not going with my family on holidays anymore... so my signigicant other.

• Have you ever met someone while traveling that you will always remember? oh, i think this swedish lady on the plane from melbourne to singapore she was so interesting and nice!
• Do you pack light, or bring everything in your closet? Now days pack light, just bring my favourite clothes and buy the rest to shove in my suitcase
  
• Where did you go on your last vacation? Last vacation was last month and that was to sicily, but we drove from here through switzerland through italy (not doing it again) next time when we drive we are going by ship to palermo from Genova, my parents have said the ship was beautiful so we are looking foward to it
  
• Would you recommend that place to friends? Yes i already have, a member on this site is going there in sept
  
  But then again i have a beach house there. i have stayed in a hotel and it was luvvly! the food is so delicious in sicily and the beach is just to die for! plus there are lots of sight seeings and stuff!
• Have you ever gotten ill while traveling? hmm no? but last holiday i got a allerigy from the sun and a uterus infection.

Ok, here goes –

• Have you ever been on an airplane? Many times. I love flying
  
  And believe it or not, I actually enjoy most airports!
  
• Have you ever been out of the country you live in? No. The farthest I've gone are the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.
• Do you have a passport? Sure don't. I keep thinking I should get one, but they're just so expensive.
• Plane, train or automobile? Trains are very fun to travel by. But I have to say that my favorite travel method isn't listed: boat!
• Mountains, beach, theme park, or just stay home? Beaches are always my #1 destination!
• If money were no object, where would you visit? Fiji. Absolutely hands down I'd be in Fiji. It would be incredible!
• Do you collect something from different places you visit? For example, I collect Christmas ornaments and shotglasses. Nothing in particular. I just pick up whatever catches my eye!
• Place you visited that was furthest from your home? California I suppose.
• Tourist attraction closest to where you live? Oh boy. Let's see, in Orlando there's: Disney (4 theme parks here + 2 amazing water parks + Downtown Disney including House of Blues and Cirque Du Soleil), Universal (2 theme parks + CityWalk including HardRock Live), there's the water park Wet N Wild, and the total tourist street International Drive. In Ormond Beach the closest tourist attraction is Daytona Beach and the NASCAR International Speedway.
• Do you prefer to visit places you have already been, or prefer to go someplace you have never visited? I prefer going places I've never been before.
  
• What is the location of the best vacation you have been on so far? Well it was a Princess cruise to St. Thomas and St. Maarten and St. Maarten was the best place I've ever visited. Truly beautiful!
• Do you prefer to travel with significant other, friends, or family? I'll do any! I just love to travel. It's just different kinds of trips with different people. With friends it's a bit wilder, with the SO it's more romantic, and with family it's more subdued.
• Have you ever bought something on vacation that you will treasure always? Ummm...hmm...Brendan bought me a really awesome lamp in Asheville this year that I hope to have forever. But that's all I can really think of.
• Have you ever met someone while traveling that you will always remember? On the two cruises I went on we met a ton of people and I still remember them, but I don't think their memory will stay forever. So, no. I don't think so.
• Do you pack light, or bring everything in your closet? I think I'm somewhere in between.
• Where did you go on your last vacation? Asheville, NC. We stayed in a WONDERFUL B&B!
• Would you recommend that place to friends? Absolutely! It makes for a great, relaxing vacation.
• Have you ever gotten ill while traveling? Yes. When I was younger I got the flu while traveling with my parents. That was no fun at all.
• Most unusual item you have eaten while on vacation? I really don't remember.
  
• Anything coming up this week that you need good vibes for? Hmmm...I don't think so. All my excitement is done for the month.

• Where did you go on your last vacation? True vacation? That would be - hang on, it's been a while - Beaufort, South Carolina and Parris Island. Last trip with Dad, we went to see nephew graduate from Marine Corps training.
• Would you recommend that place to friends? Yes, Beaufort is a small, lovely, historical town, and there is a museum on the base with artifacts from a settlement on the island that predates St. Augustine, Florida. And the area is not far from Savannah, Georgia.
• Have you ever gotten ill while traveling? Yes, food poisoning the day mom and I were to drive home from St. Louis. It usually takes 3 hours to drive. Took me 5 (including stops at bathrooms and a half hour nap in the van).
• Most unusual item you have eaten while on vacation? Pasta primavera - which I suspect gave me the food poisoning.
• Anything coming up this week that you need good vibes for? Just to get through the heat wave until it ends (hopefully Wednesday).
