My kitty doesn't listen

Hey all, new to the forum here and have a question for you all I have two beautiful cats(Isis and Teagen) who are twin sisters. Only thing is I haven't gotten them spayed yet(lack of funds). Teagen is in heat and only recently we noticed her urinating in the porch area, and her litter box is no more then 3 feet away. Is this a common occurance while cats are in heat? or is it because she doesn't like her litter box? Well thanks for listening and hope to hear some comments back!

OH also, hehe, is there anything to do for the time being to keep her from doing this?

Get her spayed as quick as possible
