Alright, I have decided, I will pay whatever I have to pay, however often, if the choice of food REALLY impacts the smell of my cats' poo. I have 2 adults and 3 kittens. Please let me know if you swear by any food, particularly the smell

I've just started switching my cat to Nutro Natural Indoor Formula--they claim it makes the poo less poo-licious, but I haven't noticed a difference yet, really.

I find dry food makes the poo less smelly than only feeding wet food.

nutro natural choice will help with smell , it takes about 6 weeks for the real difference...

for my kandie a homemade diet took out the smell

Zoey eats natural choice and premium edge mixed right now..

well, a little extreme, but since i switched to raw food there is Zero smell. Before the stinky aroma of even a little turd would fill an entire room.

Definitely Nutro Natural Choice. I was feeding one cat the adult lamb flavor and the other the weight maintenance formula. About 3 weeks ago I changed to the Indoor Adult. I haven't noticed a difference between either forumula.

I disagree with the timing. I could sense a difference with Nano in 2-7 days for each food I tried. Other people's timing may vary.

That's the amount of time I get for initial results, but the REAL results come after a month or so. I think that the new food reacts to the old food that's still in the cats system, and you might get good results or bad results from that. Buffy and Willow were on Royal Canin and I switched them to California Natural a month ago. Buffy had lost so much shine on Royal Canin, which is why I switched. Buffy immediately got her shine back, and Willow was still acting frisky, and both cats were softer than silk. Now, however, while Buffy's still shiny, both their poops seem to stink a little more than they used too. I'm going to wait it out until the bag runs out, which should be in a couple of weeks, and if the poops are still stinky by then, I'm switching to Innova.
