I've noticed that some cat foods include soy meal or soy flour as an ingredient.. are they both bad? Thanks! Also what about rice flour as opposed to brewer's rice? Thanks!

soy is not great ... some fomulas have in for indoor cat to help with bone s I try to avoid soy since it cause s my dog great discomfort and gas...
rice flour is the rice minus the germ all ground up ... pertty decent stuff
brewers rice is pieces of rice not the whole kernal so you dont know what you get it ... I try to avoid it unless in a wet food and not the first four ingrdiants
