Game On! NHL is back!

NHL season will begin October 5! I'm so psyched - I LOVE hockey! We're watching the press conference right now and it looks like the new rules they have implemented for this year are going to make it even better. They have a lot of the details already up on www.nhl.com if you're interested.

Who else who was bored to tears last winter with no hockey?

I was VERY upset with no hockey. Minnesota is the state of Hockey we had a bad enough time with no team, and than they pulled that stuff..

I think theres gonna be some trouble getting some fans back...

I know here there are ALOT of angry people...several bars had to close due to lack of revenue down by the Excel

Being from Canada...we all went nuts without hockey eh??

Can't wait to see the Leafs play again!

I too come from a hockey town. No NHL was horrible tho we watched the exciting Junior series and the AHL. I am glad they reached an agreement!! Woohoo!

Do I dare admit I even understand and watch curling?

I like watching curling too!...don't quite understand it though
