Yeah me too but often I will still type half a sentence (my fingers move much faster than my brain...lol) before it registers and I have to go back again!! And particularly if I am typing from a document and I'm looking at IT and not the screen aaaarrrgh!!!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
Happens all the time! Usually when I'm looking up from the screen watching after one of my babies or something of the sort while continuing to type. Then I look back at the screen to find I had hit caps lock accidently and have to start again!

That must have taken you the longest time to type your first message, Sarah!

If i'm just chatting I'll sometimes just blow it off. I still hafta look at the keys whan I type so I dont see the goofs till I LOOK UP.

I always wondered why there isn't a way to reverse that! There should be an "undo cap lock" for the highlighted area.

If you are working in Word, there is a setting you can activate that will automatically cancel Lock Caps as soon as you start typing, i.e., if you have a small letter before a capital letter.

Good to know. I'm not that proficient in Word. I have an older version on my computer without all the bells & whistles. When I use my boss's computer, I shut off all those format options because it changes my document.

Also, you can highlight what you've done and then press Shift F3 and it will either go all lower case, all caps lock or caps lock at the beginning of each word depending on how many times you press it...my boss showed me that and it's one of the handiest things I've learnt in Word.
