Those numbers seem to be moving in the right direction, I hope it keeps doing that!

Let's just hope they 'stay' moving in the right direction...a lot can change between now and Oct. when the numbers are finalized.

Great news as far as numbers moving right direction. Still sad to see so many thousands of kitties put down. Stats like that make you realize just how important spay/neuter really is.
