she throws up all the time...

my cat zoe has been throwing up alot for the past couple of days and i noticed that when her kitten kalley trys to feed she hisses and smackes at her own baby i dont know what is going on anyone know if shes got any symptoms of any disease please let me know i have no idea what is going on with her...thanks alot kasey

Mama cats often use "tough love" to teach their babies - swatting and hissing are not uncommon. Mama will hiss at her baby if s/he does something she does not approve of. If it is more than normal tho, you may want to find out if she is ill. Is she still eating? If she is vomiting much and not keeping any food down, then she needs to see your vet asap. I am sure you will be taking the crew to a vet soon anyway so maybe you can just make an earlier appointment?

wel i already took the babies to the vet and they already have new home i miss them sooo much but zoe shes not due for about a month so ill just call in to see if she can come in earlier thanx kasey
