Took him back into the vet today, and he was put on Metronidazole, 2 cc twice a day. I just gave him the first dose, and he has been drooling nonstop for the last 5 minutes. He doesn't seem to approve of the medicine. Unfortunately the vet thinks he might have swallowed something and will be doing an xray tomorrow to find out. If he did, then he'll need surgery. I really hope that isn't the case- he is such a small kitten I don't know if he'd make it through something like that. I'm pretty sad about this, he is such a sweet boy
