MY CAT STEALS MY CORN AND EATS IT WHEN IM NOT LOOKING, HE LOVES IT BEST SMOTHERED IN BUTTER. HE ALSO LOVES BROCOLLI AND DOESNT MIND IF A LITTLE CHEESE IS ADDED FOR FLAVOR. ALONG WITH THOSE FOODS HE WILL PIG OUT ON KRAFT MACARONI AND CHEESE, STEALS AND TRIES TO CRUNCH ON DORITOS..AND THE OTHER DAY I WAS COOKING AND DROPPED A GARLIC CLOVE...HE SMELT IT (and me not thinking he would do anything bout walk away) HE STARTED LICKING IT..SO I TOOK IT FROM HIM CAUSE I READ GARLIC IS BAD FOR KITTIES

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A CAT THAT LIKES FOOD THAT MOST CATS WOULDNT EAT??

My oldest cat Ace likes oatmeal scotchies. We do not give them to him, but if we are eating one and a little piece drops on the floor, he is on it. Yesterday a little blob of frosting dropped on the floor and he ate it. He also likes Doritos, cheese-flavored potato chips, and BBQ-flavored potato chips. Not sour cream and onion, though. He doesn't like any fruits or veggies, though; he's kind of a junk food junkie.

My cat I had when I was a teenager liked canned green beans.

Okay, we had a cat named Wooley Booger who lived to be 21 that was basically my sister's cat.

This cat would eat ... wait for it ... you're not gonna believe it ...

TURNIP GREENS!!!!!

*I* don't like turnip greens! That's one of those Southern things that I don't care if it's Southern I'm NOT gonna eat it thankyouverymuch!

Weird cat ...

I had a cat when I was little who loved corn too, she would also eat beansprouts, courgettes and broad beans!

Max tried a bit of prawn cracker the other day and loved it! It's wierd, Max doesn't like wet cat food but will eat strange human food like chips and crackers yet Alfie will eat wet cat food but nothing 'human'!

YY is a rather delicate and fussy eater - she will simply refuse anything she thinks is beneath her but then she is a regal Siamese and KNOWS IT!! She likes Swiss cheese and I give her some in moderation. Now my bunny (RIP my poor baby!) adored Lucky Charms. I often wished I had filmed him begging for them, lol I know scientifically that sugar is not good for bunnies and while I did spoil him and give him some of his fav cereal now and then, he at one time was the oldest domestic rabbit in Canada so I think it was OK.

My last cat Boy used to eat corn (cream or niblet), peas, dill pickles (particularly pickle juice), and his absolute FAVORITE was carrots - but they had to be raw, and he had to roll around on them at least 20 times first. I really think that carrots & potato peelings had the same effect on him as catnip for some reason. Goofy kitty LOL!

I didn't realize so many other kitties liked chips! Logan LOVES any salty / crunchy chip or cracker -- even flavors I wouldn't expect like salt & vinegar and the Soy chips I get sometimes. He is relentless, no matter how spicey or sour he will actually steal them out of your hand while you are taking it from the bag to your mouth! Good thing he doesn't have opposable thumbs

I swear my Oliver is a dog with the way he begs when I eat!
There's no way or place for me to eat where his paw or face isn't in the plate! He begs (and I mean begs) for chicken, steak, hamburger, hotdog... anything! I try not to give him too much, but he does get a nibble here and there... and FORGET IT if I open a can of tuna (which is one of my favorites)... I get holy hell
until he gets a dish with some juice and a little meat... the other day I had a bagel and he snuck right up and took a lick
of cream cheese! The one night I had shrimp scampi over pasta and was putting the shrimp tails off my plate to the side and he decided the tails were his new play toy and licked and batted them around! He's just so darn cute
it's hard to say no, but he's never allowed to eat too much people food - but he's always by my side when I'm cooking and eating.. I've never attempted to give him and kind of snack food like chips and I'll try not too - my dog is a big junk food junkie and the cat's bad enough as it is, hahahaha

My baby Sunshine loves strawberry pie and lettuce.

Aleisha is finicky and won't even eat chicken but loves stinky canned octapus. (hubby bought a can and hid it in my pantry as a joke. I told him that since he bought it he had to eat it, which he did, with the help of the cat)

Doolittle aka wappycat, eats everything and anything that I try to eat. He ate special K yesterday and apple pie yogurt.

They are all a mess.

I have a couple weird cat snack stories

When I was growing up we had a cat named Tish that was....get this...an alcoholic. She was a lilac point siamese that my mom rescued. Her old owner abused her and let her drink alcohol all the time. So anytime my mom or dad was having a drink they had to be careful because she would get right up on the table and help herself.

My cat Muggins used to love to eat Beeferoni and cheese puffs. No wonder she was overweight!

Reilly will eat anything, he isn't picky. He will eat things that aren't even edible. Tape, paper etc. So most of my time off is spent vacuuming all the time and cleaning so that he can't find stuff like that to eat!!
