It was a very busy day...and there were A LOT of females...all the adults were either pregnant or lactating. But now there are 113 cats that can no longer add to the overpopulation.

Stories like this make me so happy - 113 cats will have longer, happier lives without contributing to the overpopulation problem.

Good job!

ACA has inspired many communities to follow their lead. Oregon has a wonderful spay mobile that goes around and spays and neuters ferals and strays only. They do so on a donation basis and they stay busy year-round.

Hissy...I am so proud to be helping in some small way. And since the clinic now spays young kittens (it used to be that they had to be 4 months old) we are seeing a lot more tiny fuzzys who (once spayed/neutered) will never have a chance to add to the overpopulation. I always thank Becky Robinson every time I see her...this is a much needed service.
