How to find low cost spay clinics in my area?

I know of one but it is pretty far away. Animal control should have a list shouldn't they? I see people listing the clincs in areas and I just want to know how I figure out where the clinics are?
My girl just had kittens and I want to get her spayed before it happens again! Want to find out my price options beforehand to get the money together.
