Well it's only 1:30 here, but we'll be having chicken seasoned with some kind of chicken rub (haven't decided which yet), zuchinni and squash sauteed with lemon pepper, and brown rice.
It should be a delicious, healthy meal!

Hey if you could get here by 8 tonight you're more than welcome to join us! I'll take another chicken breast out of the freezer.

Everyone is on their own tonight......hubby has band practice, and I am going to Bingo where I usually get the club sandwich.

Well, it's just coming up on 2 here, but I guess I should be thinking about dinner, since it will need to be a little early today -- that, and we have a houseguest who has some dietary issues, so if I need to shop...

That said, I may just cop out by doing my quick-as-a-bunny fresh tomato and basil sauce for pasta. I'll have to leave the parmesan out of the sauce, but those who want it can add it after.

Well of course, and good point since this thread is for the 17th I can tell you what I had last night - baked bread buns with cheese and pumpkin soup. We had such a busy day with the show, it was just what I needed.

That sounds yummy, Sam! I've never heard of cheese and pumpkin soup, but I know I'd like it!

I'm having another garden salad with lite ranch dressing tonight with some fresh veggies on the side. Sounds healthy, right?

But later on I'm having a package of chocolate covered almonds!

Turkey sounds like a such a huge thing in the US, here in NZ we aren't so crazy about it - only at Christmas time!

No no Jenn, the cheese was baked on the buns. It was just plain pumpkin soup!

Enjoy those almonds!

We ordered out from a local pizza place - Brother's. Got a large pie with half pepperoni & sausage and 1/2 tomatoes & mushrooms. I had the tomatoes & mushrooms. We also split some french fries. Left over pizza will be lunch tomorrow.
