well one on particular. She keeps breaking in through his cat flap and stealing his food. He will not tolerate a collar of any kind so magnetic cat flap is out of the question. I shoo her off everytime, make loud noises, even squirt water at her but she won't stop. He just sits there and lets her do it

Just feed the cats in separate rooms. You shouldn't be squirting water at this cat as he is alpha and it is his instinct to eat all the food he can.

The other cat's not yours right? In that case I would go with the above, try feeding Moss in a different room, maybe when the invader cat gets the hint there's no food there she'll go away!

Yes, the other cat is not ours, I wouldn't squirt my own cat with water. Where do I feed Moss then? He has access to the whole flat all the time so that means so does the cat that keeps coming in and stealing the food.

Didn't think you would! How about putting it up on a higher surface? Would the invader cat actually jump around the flat? Or you could try keeping Moss inside for a week, maybe once the other cat tries to get in 7 times and can't, it'll give up and go elsewhere? Sorry, not much help I know, just grasping at straws!
