i don't get the Caption This Monthly Winners thread, the months are backwards and it never seems to change, maybe it's just me...

can anyone explain how this works?

Each month when I draw the winning name, I add a post announcing who it is. Like any other thread on this board, the oldest post in a thread is always the first one.
