I bathe my NFC once a year to help with shedding, the others, never.

You forgot the option, I have show kitties so they get bathed reguarly!

The cats/kittens we show get bathed before every show and the others only on occasion.

I would add that, but I have absolutely no idea how to edit polls.

Meeko has been bathed once in his life, when I first got him as a kitten and he was infested with fleas. Other than that, I never bathe them (and they look clean and don't smell or anything, so I guess they don't need it).

I bathe mine occationally, like once or twice a year. Sometimes I'll have just finishing washing my dog, and I'll still be having that pet-washing fetish, so Buffy or Willow will go in the tub. Sometimes I bathe them just to finish up the shampoo or conditioner. Sometimes I bathe them because they need it, like if Buffy went rolling in something or if Willow peed the wrong way and got pee on her feet and tummy.

Limerick gets a bath every 3 months or so, just to help get rid of all the dead hair. I use bath wipes and they work pretty well. It takes about 5 mins to bath him then he's done. He likes it alot better then water and soap

I brush both kitties several times a week then wipe them down with damp paper towels. They are really clean. I never bathe them. I would need para-medics standing by if I tried.

Mine gets bathed every two months or so (depends if they roll in something or get hot) because of allergies.

I've only given Princess a bath once in her life. It was because she was very sick and had to spend a week in the animal hospital and came home with horrible fleas. The vet said to give her a flea bath so that was the only time. She was 12 weeks at the time and I think she ended up with more of my skin under her claws than on my body. If it was that bad then I would hate to see what would happen now.

Hobbes gets a kitty bath every 2-3 months. i dunno about other cats, but sometimes he smells really bad of pee! Yuck~ Usually we'll wipe him down with a damp towel before bedtime, or if he goes outdoors for a walk, then we'll give him a bath. He doesn't mind it really espcially in the summer time since it's hot.
He's the type of cat that likes playing with water
He's an oddball

Wellington, I read recently that in Europe and especially England, show cats are rarely bathed.

This was purportedly only true in N. America and now I see in New Zealand?

I bathe elliot and Aerowyn on the first of the month, every month. I cant get really good quality food here (I give them purina Cat chow) so their fur gets a bit dandruffy so I bought some shampoo from the vet that makes their fur nice and soft and keeps the dandruff away.
I just fill the bath, grab elliot, shut the bathroom door, and plunk him in the tub. He stands there like he is in death and slowly picks his foot up and walks toward the edge of teh tub,a nd if He gets close enough he will jump out, but otherwise he will sniff around and just kind of stand there. Aerowyn does just about the same thing, except I have to hold on to her a bit mroe than I do elliot.

They let me clip their nails without a fuss either. Eh.
