My one year old female Sphynx knocks everything off shelves & counters breaking everything in sight that she can manage to shove off. Although I started with saying "No!" she'd look at me and proceed to do it anyway. I've tried squirting her but that doesn't phase her at all!

Also, she scratches herself under her chin and has left terrible scrapes. She obviously doesn't have fleas, her skin isn't dry, and I'm at a loss why she keeps injuring herself. I keep her nails trimmed. Any suggestions or ideas?

Oh the joy of our cats breaking vases, ornaments etc....Welcome to the club!!

I've lost count how many things have been broken with my two. The biggest thing Sophie broke was a lamp that was on the shelf beside the computer.

She would lie on the shelf and i used to watch her pushing it off slowly, bit by bit, and quite a few times i managed to catch it until one night when Sophie won

I don't like to squirt them with water because at the end of the day their not children and they don't know any different?!.

I can't help you with her skin but has a vet not seen her incase it's acne or something?!
